📜 IMPORTANT CLASS POLICIES & PACKAGE TERMS

Please read all terms carefully before purchasing any package.

These terms are subject to periodic updates. In case of any dispute, the most recent version published on this page shall prevail.

🧘🏻 CLASS TERMS

1. Late Arrival Policy 🕐

• Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to enter the classroom to avoid disruption.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to prepare.

2. Cancellation Policy 📅

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will be considered Late Cancels, and the corresponding class credits will be deducted.
• To reschedule to another class on the same day, please arrange via WhatsApp.
• Late cancellations cannot be waived unless a sick leave certificate dated the same day as the lesson is submitted on the lesson day itself. Applications made after the lesson day, or supported by attendance Certificate / or any other reason, will not be accepted.

3. Liability Waiver Requirement ✍️

• Students who have not signed the Liability Waiver on the Senses Studio App will have their bookings automatically canceled without prior notice.

4. Class Schedule & Instructor Changes 🔄

• Class schedules, types, and instructors may be adjusted based on operational needs.
• Changes will be notified via email, and the final schedule will be as displayed on the Senses Studio App.

5. Personal Belongings 👜

• All personal belongings (including but not limited to shoes, clothing, bags, yoga mats, electronic devices and valuables) are brought into the studio and its premises at the member's / participant's own risk.
• The studio does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, theft or damage to personal property, whether items are left in open areas, reception, shoe racks, changing areas, lockers or any other part of the premises, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• Members and participants are advised not to bring valuables to the studio and to ensure that all personal items are kept safely with them at all times. 

6. Class Arrangement under Adverse Weather 🌧️

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued:
Once the signal is issued, all subsequent classes will be cancelled until further notice.

When Black Rainstorm Signal is issued:
Once the signal is issued, all subsequent classes will be cancelled.
Class scheduled to start two hours after the warning is lifted will resume as normal.

For example:
If the warning is lifted at 5pm, classes scheduled to start at or after 7pm will proceed.
However, the class at 6:30pm will still be cancelled.

When Typhoon Signal No. 1 / 3 / Amber / Red Rainstorm Signal / Thunderstorm Warning are issued:
All classes will proceed as usual

For cancellation within 12 hours of class commencement, credits will be deducted unless the medical proof at the same date is provided.

💳 PACKAGE TERMS

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable 🔒

• All payments (trial classes and packages) are final—no refunds or transfers unless specified below.

2. Waitlist Policy ⏳

• Each class has 5 waitlist spots. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email/SMS at least 3 hours before class.
• If you decide not to attend, regardless of waitlist status, please cancel your waitlist at least 12 hours before class via the app. Cancellations made after notification and within 12 hours of class will be considered Late Cancels.

3. Extension for Special Circumstances 🩺

• Extensions are only considered for health reasons (e.g., pregnancy/injury) with valid written proof (e.g., doctor's note).
• No refunds will be issued. Requests must be submitted before the package expires.
• Active yoga packages may be transferred to a friend or extended in validity. Note: Only these two arrangements are available; no refunds will be issued.

4. Paid Extension Options 💰

• If no active package exists, extensions require advance payment via WhatsApp:
  • HK$500: Extend by 1 month (one-time).
  • HK$800: Extend by 2 months (one-time).

5. Unauthorized Account Sharing 🚫

• Sharing accounts or allowing others to use your credits will result in immediate cancellation of remaining credits without refund or notice.

6. Package Activation Date 📅

• Packages take effect from the date of the first booked class (e.g., if your first class is August 22, the package validity begins on that date).

7. Credit Transfer 🔄

• If you have unused credits from an expiring package and another active package, you may transfer:
  • Up to 3 Yoga Classes / 3 Pilates Classes to the new package. (Trial Pass is non-transferable)
  • Only active packages can be rolled over; expired packages cannot be rolled over.

8. Flight Ticket Extension Benefit (2026 Only) ✈️

• Present a valid flight ticket (unused, in your name, departing by December 31, 2026) to extend an active package:
  • Extension period: Based on trip duration (e.g., 4-day trip extends by 4 days; 20-day trip extends by up to 14 days).
  • Maximum: 14 days per request, with a limit of 2 requests per year.
  • How to apply: Submit proof via WhatsApp (9881 0801) before departure.
• Conditions:
  • Ticket must show your name and be unused.
  • Not applicable for completed trips or non-flight travel.
  • Benefit expires December 31, 2026.

9. Promotional Offers & Pricing 📢

Promotional offers and prices are subject to change based on different marketing campaigns and business strategies. We do not guarantee that any specific offer represents the lowest price, nor do we provide compensation or adjustments for past or future price differences.
