Practice Hours & Sign-Offs
As a Polestar Pilates student, completing your practical experience is a key milestone toward certification.

Practice Hours: Certified Polestar instructors at Senses Studio can sign off on your practice hours after you attend and complete a group class.

Observation Hours Notice: Please note that observation hours cannot be signed off at Senses Studio, as we do not permit live class observations in order to maintain privacy and a seamless experience for our clients.
