Terms & Conditions - Trial Packages

Eligibility

Available only to new Senses Studio students who have not previously purchased a Trial Package. Limited to one purchase per person. If duplicate purchases are detected, Senses Studio reserves the right to cancel the Trial Package without refund.

Usage

Trial Packages are strictly for individual use and cannot be shared.

Class Options

Subject to class availability on the App.

Validity

Validity varies according to different trial packages. Starts from the date of the first class booked. Non-refundable and non-extendable.

Booking & Cancellation

Book via the Senses Studio website or application. Full payment is required before booking; no class reservations are held without payment. Cancel 24+ hours before class; no-shows forfeit one class. Classes are non-transferable.

Class Arrangement under Adverse Weather

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued:
Once the signal is issued, all subsequent classes will be cancelled until further notice.

When Black Rainstorm Signal is issued:
Once the signal is issued, all subsequent classes will be cancelled.

Class scheduled to start two hours after the warning is lifted will resume as normal.

For example:
If the warning is lifted at 5pm, classes scheduled to start at or after 7pm will proceed. However, the class at 6:30pm will still be cancelled.

When Typhoon Signal No. 1 / 3 / Amber / Red Rainstorm Signal / Thunderstorm Warning are issued:
All classes will proceed as usual

For cancellation within 24 hours of class commencement, credits will be deducted unless the medical proof at the same date is provided.
